Executing real-time monitoring of underwater noise and dolphin acoustic in the piling area of 750 meters during the construction to make sure piling noise is under the specification of EIA and if there was any dolphin in the warning zone by using acoustic monitoring and observing with TCO. Giving advices whether the energy of piling should be adjusted according to the monitoring results and EIA of the plan.
